The following drinks are always included: spring water, soft drinks (except freshly squeezed juices), draught beer, premium sparkling wines and DOC wines at the buffet, wine accompaniment at dinner, coffee, tea.
From 6 p.m. onwards at the bar: the renowned SOLEA cocktails, selected premium spirits, aperitifs and digestives.

Alpine, Mediterranean and wellness. The menu is accompanied by a wine pairing recommended by our sommelier, served by the glass or available from the buffet (19:00-20:30)
