The Solea Wellness:

We kindly remind you that the children under the 12 years old are allowed to use our swimming pool until 5:00 pm only.  

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Solea.

The additional charge for dogs is € 25 per day.

In order to confirm the reservation, you will be asked to provide a 30% deposit of the booked stay.
 

If you do not opt for our travel cancellation insurance, the following cancellation conditions apply:
In case of cancellations made 30 days before arrival, a deposit of € 50.00 per room will be retained. This amount will be used to cover bank and management fees for the return transfer.

In case of cancellation up to 10 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50 % of the cost of the stay will be charged; up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, 80 % will be charged.
In the event of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival, no-shows, late arrivals or early departures, 100 % of the cost of the stay will be charged.

Prices do not include the city tax of € 3.00 per night per person up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 14 are exempt).
 

The rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Subject to availability, an early check-in or a late check-out is available.
 

In case of late arrival date or early departure, the entire cost of the room will be charged.
 

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and other indoor areas of the hotel. A special Cigar Room is available for smokers.
 

In our hotel, pets are welcome with advance request.

Reservations are binding when confirmed by us after receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer.

The deposit can be paid via postal order or credit card, along with the booking details.

We also accept payments by EC card, Visa or Mastercard, as well as cash payments (up to the legal cash limit) or bank transfers.
