The Solea Wellness:

We kindly remind you that the children under the 12 years old are allowed to use our swimming pool until 5:00 pm only.  

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Solea.

The additional charge for dogs is € 30 per day.

At the time of booking, we require a deposit equal to 30% of the total estimated amount as confirmation.

If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied. The deposit will be fully refunded, minus a €50 administrative fee.

For cancellations made 29 to 10 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.

For cancellations made 9 to 3 days before arrival, 80% of the total booking amount will be retained.

For cancellations made with less than 3 days’ (72 hours) notice, as well as in the case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Prices do not include the city tax of € 3.00 per night per person up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 14 are exempt).
 

The rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Subject to availability, an early check-in or a late check-out is available.
 

In case of late arrival date or early departure, the entire cost of the room will be charged.
 

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and other indoor areas of the hotel. A special Cigar Room is available for smokers.
 

In our hotel, pets are welcome with advance request.

Reservations are binding when confirmed by us after receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer.
